Woli created this promotional Action (the “Action”) to motivate potential customers who downloaded the application to complete their registration process and become active Woli users.
- The promoter is Woli Services LTD, whose registered office is at Mnasiadou & Strasikratous 10, Elma House, 2nd Floor, 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus (“Woli”).
- This Action is open to all residents of Greece who are parents with kids aged 8-18, who have already downloaded the Woli app at any time before Wednesday, 16th March 2022, 00:00 local time (Greece) and haven’t completed their registration process (the “Parent”).
- The Registration process includes submitting the personal details required to open a Woli account and successfully passing the Identity Verification, which is performed via the Woli app
- The Parent will receive a reward of 5 € once the following steps are completed:
- The Parent completes their registration process
- The Parent orders their Woli physical card (for free)
- A Card payment of at least 5 € (five euro) is realized with the use of the Woli physical or virtual Visa card
Upon successful completion of the aforementioned steps, the Parent will automatically get 5 € back in their Woli account.

- This Action is not open to employees or associates of Woli
- Participation in this Action constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions
- If Woli believes that any participation to the Action contravenes these terms and conditions, Woli reserves the right to reject the participation at its discretion
- All steps described in article 3 of these terms and conditions shall be successfully completed by Monday 18th of April 2022, 23:59 local time (Greece). Parents completing the steps after this date will not be entitled to the 5 € reward.
- The Parent will receive a total amount of 5 €, regardless of whether the Parent has completed the required steps for more than one children. For avoidance of doubt, e.g. if a Parent completes the steps with two different Woli cards that are linked to two different Child accounts, the Parent will still receive 5 € in cash back
- Purchases from the Woli Marketplace are excluded from the Action. The transaction must be performed using the Woli physical or virtual Visa card. The Woli Marketplace is a section of the Woli app, where users can make purchases of prepaid vouchers.
- Woli shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, Internet access or otherwise preventing participation to the Action.
- To the extent permitted under the applicable legislation, Woli will not be liable to any Parent (whether as a result of contract law, tort, statutory duty or otherwise) for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with a participation to the Action in respect of losses:
- that were unforeseeable,
- that are related to loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill or injury to reputation,
- that are suffered by third parties,
- that are due to the Parent’s fault, for example if the Parent has provided incorrect information to Woli or failed to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Woli reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate, or temporarily suspend this Action in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.
- If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which are beyond the reasonable control of Woli and which prevents Woli from complying with these terms and conditions, Woli will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
- If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- The Action and these terms and conditions, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to Greek law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
