Woli Terms & Conditions for February Promo | 20 EUR Bonus & 50% Discount

Woli created this promotional Action (the “Action”) to motivate potential customers who downloaded the application to complete their registration process and become active Woli users.

  1. The promoter is Woli Services LTD, whose registered office is at Mnasiadou & Strasikratous 10, Elma House, 2nd Floor, 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus (“Woli”).
  2. This Action is open to all residents of Greece who are parents with kids aged 8-18 and have added as a member their child and they are not active paid subscribers (the “Parent”) before Sunday, 12nd February 2023, 00:00 local time (Greece)
  3. The Parent will receive a reward of 20 € and 50% discount on the monthly subscription of their child for a period of 3 months, once they activate their child’s membership and the 1st subscription is paid.
  4. Upon successful completion of the aforementioned step, the Parent will automatically get 20 € back in their Woli account and will be eligible for the 50% discount on the monthly subscription for the following 3 months.
  5. Users who have already won a discount bigger than 50% are not eligible to win this offer.
  6. The 3 months discounted period counts from the day of the subscription activation

  8. This Action is not open to employees or associates of Woli
  9. Participation in this Action constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions
  10. If Woli believes that any participation to the Action contravenes these terms and conditions, Woli reserves the right to reject the participation at its discretion
  11. The step described in article 3 of these terms and conditions shall be successfully completed by Sunday 26th of February 2023, 23:59 local time (Greece). Parents completing the step after this date will not be entitled to the 20 EUR bonus and 50% discount.
  12. Woli shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, Internet access or otherwise preventing participation to the Action.
  13. Reward funds are to be used via purchases made with the Woli Card. Not subject to any withdrawal request
  14. To the extent permitted under the applicable legislation, Woli will not be liable to any Parent (whether as a result of contract law, tort, statutory duty or otherwise) for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with a participation to the Action in respect of losses:
    1. that were unforeseeable,
    2. that are related to loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill or injury to reputation,
    3. that are suffered by third parties,
    4. that are due to the Parent’s fault, for example if the Parent has provided incorrect information to Woli or failed to comply with these terms and conditions.
  15. Woli reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate, or temporarily suspend this Action in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.
  16. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which are beyond the reasonable control of Woli and which prevents Woli from complying with these terms and conditions, Woli will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  17. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  18. The Action and these terms and conditions, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to Greek law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
