“Waiting list” refer a friend initiative – Terms and Conditions

Woli created this promotional Action (the “Action”) to motivate potential customers to join Woli’s waiting list.

  1. The promoter is Woli Services LTD, whose registered office is at Mnasiadou & Strasikratous 10, Elma House, 2nd Floor, 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus (“Woli”).
  2. This Action is open to all residents of Greece who are parents with kids aged 8-18 (“Parent”), who haven’t created an active Woli account prior to February 9th, 2023 and who have successfully joined Woli’s waiting list by verifying their email address.
  3. The end date for a user to join Woli’s waiting list and be eligible to the aforementioned discounts is 31/10/2023.
  4. Criteria and rewards may differ based on the specific Referral Promotion (“Promotion”), which will be clearly defined within the Woli app. Parameters include the time period of the
    Promotion, location of the Existing Customer and Invited Friend and others
  5. The abovementioned rewards are eligible for one child per Parent.
  6. Each referred friend who signs up counts as one entry.
  7. For the referrer to qualify for the reward the referred friend must:
    1. Be based in Greece
    2. Be a new waitlist subscriber
    3. Have successfully verified his/her email address
  8. Parents who have successfully referred their friends and have won the reward of the discounted months must activate the subscription of their kid within 45 days from the conclusion of the waiting list period.
  9. Referral rewards cannot be combined with other discounts and/or promos
  10. Woli will always process personal data in accordance with its privacy policy which can be found online at https://www.woli.io/woli-terms-conditions-applicable-04-2022
  11. This Action is not open to employees or associates of Woli
  12. Participation in this Action constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions
  13. If Woli believes that any participation to the Action contravenes these terms and conditions, Woli reserves the right to reject the participation at its discretion
  14. Woli shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, Internet access or otherwise preventing participation in the Action.
  15. To the extent permitted under the applicable legislation, Woli will not be liable to any Parent (whether as a result of contract law, tort, statutory duty or otherwise) for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with a participation to the Action in respect of losses:
    1. that were unforeseeable,
    2. that are related to loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill or injury to reputation,
    3. that are suffered by third parties,
    4. that are due to the Parent’s fault, for example if the Parent has provided incorrect information to Woli or failed to comply with these terms and conditions.
  16. Woli reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate, or temporarily suspend this Action in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavors to avoid consumer disappointment.
  17. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which are beyond the reasonable control of Woli and which prevents Woli from complying with these terms and conditions, Woli will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  18. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  19. The Action and these terms and conditions, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to Greek law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
