Who accepts these terms: The person that makes the gift via gift.woli.io (“Sponsor”)

General Terms 

Please read these Terms carefully. By purchasing a WOLI Gift, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, do not use any of the Woli Services. Your use of the Woli Gift Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Service. Woli may change these Terms, at any time without notice to you, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree with any such changes, please stop using the Woli Services. We reserve the right to change, modify, add to, discontinue, or retire the Woli Services and/or any aspect or feature of the Woli Services at any time. The current Terms can be found under the Legal Documents section of woli.io.

How Woli Gift codes work

Gift codes allow friends and family (“Sponsors”) to gift money to a Woli child who is an authorized user of a Woli account. Each valid Woli Child account is associated with a specific gift code. The Parent can always activate or deactivate the Gift option from the Woli App. Parent can also delete a gift code for security reasons and generate a new one on demand. The gift codes can be shared with friends and family, who will perform the gift feature.

Woli Gifts can be ordered and purchased through the website gift.woli.io. As part of the gifting process, you will be required to submit the child’s gift code, amount, message and select a relevant gift card (no need to download the Woli application). You will be prompted to complete the payment with any EU-issued debit or credit card. A Service Fee applies to the service, to cover transactional costs. The Woli Child and the Woli Parent will be both notified as soon as you gift the money. You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase.

Limits on the use of Woli Gift

For security or other reasons, we reserve the right to impose limits on the Woli Gift, including limits on the amount of purchase, subject to applicable law. The Woli Gift can only be used for a single load of funds to a Child Account. The entire balance of the Woli Gift will be transferred to the Child Account. To make subsequent gifts, you will need to send an additional Woli Gift. We may refuse to provide the Woli Gift or process any transaction that we believe may violate these Terms of Service or applicable law. As a condition of your use of Woli Services and the Website, you warrant that you will not use the Woli Services and/or the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Service. More information on applicable limits is available at gift.woli.io. Any limitation on the Woli Gift will not otherwise affect your rights and obligations under these Terms.

Limits:

• Max per transaction = 100 Euro + Service Fees
• Max gifts per child per month = 5

Service Fees

There is a one-time service charge of 2.00 EUR for the Woli Gift that will be collected by Woli at the time of purchase. We charge a Fee in order to cover the costs associated with the transaction. We will charge your payment card and you agree to pay this one-time service charge. We will normally charge you for the amount of the fee automatically at the same time you purchase the Woli Gift.
