Woli Lottery Terms and Conditions

1. The present terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the giveaways organized, administered and performed by Woli Services LTD, with registered office is at Mnasiadou & Strasikratous 10, Elma House, 2nd Floor, 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus (“Woli”) on a weekly basis (the “Giveways”). The prizes of the Giveaways will be gift cards that can be used for the purchase of food or the participation in games.
2. Unless otherwise provided herein, the definitions provided in the Woli Terms and Conditions will also apply to the present Terms and Conditions.
3. By accepting the present Terms and Conditions, Children agree to participate in the Giveways and Parents approve such participation. A Child can participate in the Giveaways only if both the Child and the Parent have accepted the present Terms and Conditions.
4. Employees of Woli are not eligible to participate in the Giveways.
5. All participants must reside in Greece and have an active Woli Account.
6. For a Child to participate in a Giveaway, at least one (1) successful transaction shall be performed via the Woli Card linked to an Associated Account during the period of this specific Giveaway.
7. Woli will announce via the Woli App the starting and the closing date of each Giveaway and its prize. Within five (5) business days following the closing date of each Giveway, a random draw will take place at the premises of Woli. The exact date and time of each draw will be announced by Woli via the Woli App.
8. The winner(s) of the draw will be selected with the use of a random number generator among the eligible Children according to clauses 3 to 6. Only one entry per Child per Giveaway will be accepted.
9. Woli may announce the name and surname of the winner in the Woli App.
10. The winner(s) of each draw will be contacted by Woli via email or telephone, using the details provided by their Parent when registering to the Woli App.
11. In case Woli is unable to contact the winner within five (5) days following the date of the draw, the winner forfeits its right to the Giveaway prize and Woli reserves the right draw a new winner from the remaining eligible entries or cancel the Giveaway.
12. Woli as data controller will process the name, surname, address, contact details and Woli Card transaction history of the Parent and Children participating in a Giveaway only for the purpose of organizing and performing a Giveaway and delivering the prize to the winner(s). Woli may disclose the personal data to third companies, such as the company that owns the random number generator or the courier companies that will deliver the prize (if any). The name and surname of the winner may be announced by Woli as provided in clause 9. The personal data of the entrants to each Giveaway will be retained for 3 months following the draw. The personal data of the winners will be retained for 6 months following the draw, unless Woli is obliged to retain such data for a longer period for complying with tax or regulatory obligations or unless the name and the surname of the winner have been announced by Woli according to clause 9. The processing of the personal data is based on the consent provided by the data subjects (or their Parents) when they accept the present Terms and Conditions. A data subject may withdraw their consent at any time by e-mailing Woli at any time by sending an e-mail to compliance@Woli.io . In this case the data subject (or their Child) will be no longer eligible to participate in the Giveaways. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The data subjects also have the rights provided in the Woli Privacy Policy.
13. If Woli believes that a participation to a Giveway violates these Τerms and Conditions, it reserves the right to reject the participation at its discretion.
14. To the extent permitted under the applicable legislation, Woli will not be liable to any Parent or Child (whether as a result of contract law, tort, statutory duty or otherwise) for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with a participation to a Giveway or the cancellation, suspension or termination of the Giveaways in respect of losses:
1. that were unforeseeable,
2. that are related to loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill or injury to reputation,
3. that are suffered by third parties,
4. that are due to the Parent’s fault, for example if the Parent has provided incorrect information to Woli or failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
15. Woli reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate, or temporarily suspend any Giveaway or all Giveaways in general at any time neither the entrants nor the Parents may claim any damages for such an event or request the continuation of the Giveaway(s).
16. Woli reserves the right to amend the present Terms and Conditions at any time. The Parents and Children will be informed of the amendment via the Woli App and in case they don’t accept the amended Terms and Conditions, they shall withdraw their consent by e-mailing Woli at compliance@Woli.io within 5 days after they are informed of the amendment.
17. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which are beyond the reasonable control of Woli and which prevents Woli from complying with these Terms and Conditions, Woli will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
18. If any of the clauses of the present Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
19. The Givewayas, these Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to Greek law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens
