Customer Satisfaction Survey Terms and Conditions

Woli created this draw (the “Draw”) to motivate potential customers who downloaded the application to participate in the customer satisfaction survey.

  1. The promoter is Woli Services LTD, whose registered office is at Mnasiadou & Strasikratous 10, Elma House, 2nd Floor, 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus (“Woli”).
  2. This Draw is open to all residents of Greece, Cyprus and Italy who are parents with kids aged 8-18,  haven’t created an active Woli account and who indicate their desire to enter the draw by completing their personal details as part of completing the Survey. Entry into the draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions (Terms).
  3. A prize(s) draw is run whenever Woli conducts a customer satisfaction survey and wishes to incentivize users to participate in the survey by giving them one or more prizes.
  4. Woli is responsible for administering the Prize Draw
  5. The random draw for the prize(s) will take place at the premises of Woli no later than 5 business days after the closing date of the customer satisfaction survey.
  6. The participant with the valid entry selected from the draw will be contacted by Woli via email or telephone, using the details provided on the Survey.
  7. If a winner cannot be contacted using the email or telephone details provided within five days after the draw, then that participant forfeits its right and Woli shall be entitled to draw a new winner from the remaining eligible entries.
  8. Woli reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time, at its sole discretion.
  9. Woli will always process personal data in accordance with its privacy policy
  10. The Draw is not open to employees or associates of Woli.
  11. Participation in the Draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  12. If Woli believes that any participation to the Draw contravenes these terms and conditions, Woli reserves the right to reject the participation at its discretion.
  13. Woli shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, Internet access or otherwise preventing participation to the Draw
  14. To the extent permitted under the applicable legislation, Woli will not be liable to any Parent (whether as a result of contract law, tort, statutory duty or otherwise) for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with a participation to the Draw in respect of losses:
    1. that were unforeseeable,
    2. that are related to loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill or injury to reputation,
    3. that are suffered by third parties,
    4. that are due to the Parent’s fault, for example if the Parent has provided incorrect information to Woli or failed to comply with these terms and conditions.
  15. Woli reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate, or temporarily suspend this Draw in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.
  16. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which are beyond the reasonable control of Woli and which prevents Woli from complying with these terms and conditions, Woli will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  17. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  18. The Draw and these terms and conditions, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to Greek law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
