Woli created this promotional Action (the “Action”) to motivate potential customers who downloaded the application to complete their registration process and become active Woli users.
- The promoter is Woli Services LTD, whose registered office is at Mnasiadou & Strasikratous 10, Elma House, 2nd Floor, 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus (“Woli”).
- This Action is open to all residents of Greece who are parents with kids aged 8-18 and haven’t created an active Woli account.
- Depending on the promotional activity, the Parent may receive two types of rewards:
- Free or discounted subscription plan for their child for a period of x months or
- X EUR welcome bonus that will be credited to the their child woli account, once they activate their child’s Woli account or
- A combination of 3.1 and 3.2
- A Child’s woli account is activated when the parents has successfully created their account, add their child and the child logins to their Woli account.
- Upon successful completion of the aforementioned step, the Parent will automatically be eligible for the discount on the monthly subscription of their child account for the following X months and the child’s woli account will be credited with the X EUR welcome bonus, if applicable.
- The X months discounted period counts from the day of the child’s account activation.
- The coupon code is valid for one child per parent.
- Coupon codes can’t be used in combination with other discounts.
- Woli will always process personal data in accordance with its privacy policy
- This Action is not open to employees or associates of Woli.
- Participation in this Action constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- If Woli believes that any participation to the Action contravenes these terms and conditions, Woli reserves the right to reject the participation at its discretion.
- The steps described in the 3rd article must be completed by the date communicated by each promotion based on coupon codes, if any. In case there is a deadline, parents completing the step after this date will not be entitled to the monthly subscription discount and the X EUR welcome bonus for their kid.
- Woli shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, Internet access or otherwise preventing participation to the Action.
- Reward funds are to be used via purchases made with the Woli Card. Not subject to any withdrawal request
- To the extent permitted under the applicable legislation, Woli will not be liable to any Parent (whether as a result of contract law, tort, statutory duty or otherwise) for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with a participation to the Action in respect of losses:
- that were unforeseeable,
- that are related to loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill or injury to reputation,
- that are suffered by third parties,
- that are due to the Parent’s fault, for example if the Parent has provided incorrect information to Woli or failed to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Woli reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate, or temporarily suspend this Action in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.
- If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which are beyond the reasonable control of Woli and which prevents Woli from complying with these terms and conditions, Woli will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
- If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- The Action and these terms and conditions, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to Greek law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
